A division of Spescom Limited, NewTelco South Africa was established in 2010 in partnership with NewTelco GmbH, a German company that is a leader in this arena with more than five neutral carrier co-location hubs in major world capitals, such as Frankfurt, London, New York, Vienna and Kiev.
