The DataVoice Libra Recorder offers event and integration interfaces to allow the development of links between client applications and the recorder for automated operation. This facilitates transaction linking, access to recorded data from within the client desktop application and extends to the embedding of recordings in an external database or document.
Integration with Nexus provides a single point of contact with a collection of recorders distributed over a large area, obviating the need for individual connections to each recorder.
A variety of desktop applications exist that allow manual input of information into the recording system, such as client or transaction ID numbers. This is a cost-effective step towards automated integration.
